Currently, the app supports only orders processed through Shopify’s native checkout. Shopify and TikTok Shop are two separate platforms, and our app is designed to work specifically with Shopify at this time. Orders originating from TikTok Shop are not yet supported for address validation. We are continuously working to improve our integrations and expand support to other platforms in the future.
